A functional MVP needed availability, booking, session access, payment, cancellation, refund, and payout to behave as one traceable operation.

Context
The product already had a working service model. Its next constraint was operational consistency across the full appointment and financial lifecycle.

Operational problem
Availability, bookings, session access, payments, cancellations, refunds, and payouts crossed several states and external callbacks. Loose transitions created manual checking and exceptions that were difficult to reconcile.

Intervention
The work closed the transactional cycle with real-time availability, Stripe Connect, bounded retries, webhook handling, server-side pricing, and explicit financial states.

Observable change
Booking, payment, session access, and payout became one traceable flow with fewer disconnected exceptions and a clearer path for investigation.
