CASE STUDY / NEXAFAB
Industrial software from CAD to production
An industrial workflow needed CAD files, materials, thickness, nesting, pricing, orders, documents, and production to move in a consistent sequence.
01
Context
Metal fabrication combines domain-heavy quoting and production decisions. Each change to material, thickness, geometry, price, or order state affects the steps that follow.
02
Operational problem
The workflow needed one explicit domain model instead of scattered assumptions across quoting, order processing, generated documents, permissions, and production preparation.
03
Intervention
The work covered materials and thickness modeling, pricing, nesting, orders, generated PDFs and documents, authentication and RBAC, polling reduction, and subscription infrastructure.
04
Observable change
Domain changes began to propagate across the industrial operation more consistently, from quote through production documentation.
